With 15+ years of experience across companies including IBM, Nissan North America, Aramark, Wayfair, Year Up United, and Sanofi, Marta specializes in shared services, GBS operating models, PMO governance, process redesign, and ServiceNow-enabled transformation.
Her work focuses on solving operational friction: unclear ownership, slow decision-making, inconsistent processes, and scaling challenges. Past projects include building a labor cost model that enabled $4M in annual savings at Nissan, redesigning ServiceNow architecture and governance at Year Up, and creating enterprise PMO intake and prioritization frameworks from the ground up at Aramark.
Marta holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is completing her Executive MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management.
