With 15+ years across PwC, Groupe Roullier and the French Tech ecosystem, he has led post-merger integrations, carve-outs and strategic transformations for mid-market companies in industrial, tech and greentech sectors. He holds an International Certification in Corporate Finance and M&A from HEC Paris.
Outside of work, Mathieu is an avid endurance athlete, competing in trail running and triathlon.
