Matt Ilgen served as the National Program Director for Airgas’s dry ice retail sales program, overseeing partnerships with over 5,500 locations nationwide.
Before joining Airgas, Matt worked in Supply Chain Finance at The Home Depot, focusing on e-commerce inventory productivity. At Exel Logistics/DHL, he managed various projects, including turnaround management, fleet and carrier management, warehouse redesign and layout, and EBITDA improvement.
Residing in the Atlanta metro area, Matt is eager to collaborate on operational improvement projects across the U.S.
