Matt Morton spent five years as a practice expert in product lifecycle management and digital transformation at Siemens Advanta before becoming the head of strategy for the organization, leadings its external growth initiatives and organizational strategy.
Since 2022 he has been running his own practice focused on organizational strategy and operational excellence in 2022. Before going into consulting he worked in engineering, project management and regional business management for Siemens Healthcare and GE Healthcare. He has strong expertise in product and portfolio strategy, go to market, and strategic planning as well as leveraging digital technologies and AI/Machine Learning to optimize business operations.
He as led strategic planning as well as organizational transformations for clients in the fields of Medical Devices, Professional Services, Corporate Finance, and Industrial/Manufacturing. Matt is happy to support projects across the United States.
