Meghna brings the pattern recognition and dot-connecting capability of over 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant, executive coach, and leadership team facilitator across diverse industries: technology, financial services, healthcare, automotive, and professional sports, as well as several governmental and non-profit organizations, through firms such as Oliver Wyman, Booz & Co, and Deloitte.
She trained as an anthropologist, strategist, and transformational Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, so she observes what others miss, hears what is being said between the lines, and reframes complex challenges for meaningful action.
She holds a BA magna cum laude from Harvard University, an MPH from the University of Cape Town, and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Meghna currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be self-publishing her book, The Liberated Leader, later in 2025.
