In this role, he led AI strategy and adoption initiatives for asset & wealth managers, private markets firms, and market infrastructure providers—helping organizations translate innovation into tangible business value across the front, middle, and back office. He has been a speaker at multiple industry conferences on the impact of generative AI.
Mike has 20 years of experience driving strategic and transformational change across the capital markets industry. His work spans operational transformation, operating model design, digital and data strategy, technology implementation, and innovation integration.
