She has been focused on large-scale strategic, business and integration (post-merger), organizational, change management, and business turnaround and development projects within Financial Services, Logistics, Life Sciences, Non-Profit organization, Information Technology and the Emerging market sectors.
Strong skills in strategy, program / project management, program design and evaluation, process improvement, project assurance, leadership development, leadership ing, client relationship management, and management of change working at all levels to CFO, CIO, Board level.
More recently Michelle has worked with a London based Investment firm’s Corporate Advisory arm where her consultancy skills in post-merger integration and program management as well as her network at a minimum have naturally complemented the pre and post business development process with great success.
