Michiel started his independent practice in 2024, having spent 6+ yrs in strategy consulting at Kearney in the Transactions and Transformations practice, where he gained experience in E2E transformation from strategy to implementation, as well as commercial/operational due diligence work.
Project focus includes operating model / organization design, operations/supply chain excellence, and PMO. Clients include those from Energy Process Industries, (Semi-)Government, Chemicals, Financial/Insurance, PE, and FMCG.
