Milica brings extensive expertise to the field of Strategy & Operations consulting, having served as an Engagement Manager with Syneos Health Consulting. Her professional journey includes collaboration with over 15 healthcare clients, ranging from large and midsize pharmaceutical companies to biotech, medical devices firms, and non-profit organizations.
During her tenure at Syneos, Milica played a vital role in supporting clients across various domains, including portfolio planning and strategy, commercial due diligence, brand strategy development, go-to-market strategy, stakeholder engagement strategy (included omnichannel), clinical strategy and operations, sales and account management operations / optimization, and program / business processes / launch management excellence, in the USA and EU markets.
Milica holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Research from the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. Notably, her impactful contributions to breast cancer research have led to the discovery of the MAF biomarker, a significant advancement in predicting bone relapse in early breast cancer cases. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Serbian.
