Muhammad Qureshi is a senior transformation executive and independent consultant with 20+ years making complex, high-stakes programmes actually land — across energy, infrastructure, logistics, and public sector organisations in the UK, GCC, and EMEA. HE has lived and worked in the Middle East for 15 years, but is now based in the UK.
His work sits at the intersection of operating model redesign, programme and change management, governance, and AI — the messy middle where strategy meets execution and where most transformations quietly fail. He is brought in when environments are politically charged, stakeholder buy-in is fragile, data is unreliable, and someone needs to cut through.
Career highlights include rebuilding HR change and release governance at BP, leading a number of pre-merger restructuring work-streams that made United Arab Shipping Co. a attractive acquisition for Hapag-Lloyd (£24M CAPEX saved)., He also led the design and implementation of the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit in Kuwait through the Office of Tony Blair. His consulting pedigree spans Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz & Co. and Capgemini, including a 10 month stint in BP’s digital oilfield programme in Azerbaijan.
More recently, Muhammad has developed hands-on expertise in AI and its delivery: he has built and shipped three production-grade AI platforms.
