Mr. Ozvardar is a co-founder of Aeon Financial Consulting and has 28 years of experience consulting for multi-national companies and executing large-scale corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions internationally. Murat started his career as a management consultant with Kearney (then AT Kearney) in San Francisco and London, focusing on strategic improvements for blue-chip financial institutions.
He spent the next 10 years with Dresdner Kleinwort in London as part of the Principal Investments and Structured Finance teams, focusing on the Bank’s portfolio of principal equity assets and principal tax-based transactions. Murat brings a wealth of experience in executing corporate finance transactions.
