Nadia Ganton is an independent consultant with a decade’s experience in the biotechnology industry, focused on the technical aspects of drug development, especially cell and gene therapies. Her service offering includes Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) strategy, program management, vendor selection and oversight, technology transfers, process and analytical development, and validation.
At AVROBIO, she helped bring programs into the clinic and through Phase 1/2 studies. Prior to AVROBIO, Nadia gained experience in due diligence, early company formation and venture capital.
