She has worked nationally and internationally, partnering with senior leaders and boards to design and deliver strategies that drive sustainable change.
Her expertise spans organizational design, inclusive leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with a track record of facilitating complex conversations and building consensus to achieve pragmatic outcomes. Nanette has held leadership roles in major consultancies and advised some of the world’s largest organizations, alongside supporting public institutions and community-based initiatives.
In addition to her consultancy career, Nanette is an active cultural producer, music promoter and musician, bringing a creative, people-centered perspective to her work.
