Nathan Bass spent 12 years at Smurfit Westrock (previously WestRock, MeadWestvaco) where he led strategy for the $7 billion Consumer Packaging business and later led the Commercial Excellence organization, which included the Pricing, Estimating, Design and the Commercial Excellence teams in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to that, Nathan spent 7 years with L.E.K. Consulting in their Munich, London and San Francisco offices where he worked in a variety of different industries. Nathan currently lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and 7-year old.
Nathan would look forward to collaborating on projects with focuses including maximizing business profitability, optimizing pricing strategies, helping with business transformations or building winning strategies.
