Neil Walsworth is a product and strategy executive with 20+ years’ experience leading major transformations across telecommunications, infrastructure, and digital services. He spent over a decade at Accenture and later served as a Senior Advisor to Oliver Wyman, before taking on executive roles at Telstra and nbnco.
Neil has deep expertise in new products, go-to-market strategy, cost-out transformation, customer experience transformation, and network infrastructure (5G, FTTX, FTTP), with a track record of delivering high-impact results including $4.5B+ P&L ownership and securing $3.5B in capital investment approvals. He now works independently as a fractional executive and strategic advisor, based in the Macedon Ranges just outside Melbourne.
