“Graduated in Economics in 2003, and started a career in Deloitte, Strategy & Operations. Now with over 20 years of international business consulting experience working in industries such as Pharma / Life Sciences, Hospitality, Retail and Manufacturing. Worked extensively in countries such as Switzerland, UK, Netherlands, Germany, USA, South Africa, Angola, Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, DRC, and Botswana. Wide range of functional knowledge spanning business finance, economics, supply chain, organization design. Attuned to working in the most complex of cross functional projects. Controlled and managed project teams through all stages of the lifecycle: concept development, operating model design, strategic planning deployment and cost reduction.

My passion is to help organizations develop and execute their transformation initiatives, and make things happen. I combine a strong ability to read people and business situations with a highly structured and disciplined approach to delivery. I use creativity, analytic rigor, and a highly facilitative style to produce results that are precise and of very high quality.

I am also an entrepreneur and in 2015 I co-founded Tripas-Coração, a boutique apartment business managing +40 units in downtown Porto for travellers and digital nomads. I am also a Board member for a new and up-coming fashion retail company with stores in Lisbon and Porto called The Feeting Room.”
