As a transformational Chief Human Resources Officer with 25+ years of global experience, I’ve dedicated my career to architecting HR functions that accelerate business performance across private equity, Fortune 500, and multinational organizations. My journey has taken me across three continents, living and working in the USA, Latin America, and Europe, where I’ve developed a deep understanding of diverse cultures and business environments that enriches every strategic decision I make.

Throughout my career, I’ve built HR ecosystems from inception at four major organizations, engineered organizational transformations delivering $150M+ in cost savings, and led 20+ M&A integrations across multiple cultural environments with minimal labor legal conflicts. What drives me is the unique intersection of strategic business acumen and authentic leadership that creates sustainable organizational cultures performing at the highest levels.

My global perspective extends beyond corporate boundaries. Having navigated complex labor relations across 15+ countries, from negotiating collective bargaining agreements in Latin America to implementing enterprise-wide transformations in Europe and North America, I understand that successful HR leadership requires both cultural intelligence and operational excellence. This multicultural foundation has been instrumental in tripling succession-ready talent pools while doubling diversity in senior management roles.
