Pamela is the Founder & CEO of Change Navigators, a boutique change management consulting firm. With 20 years of experience executing change in large multi-national organizations, she has traveled globally, speaking about the foundations of transitioning through change and delivering various Change Management Workshops. Pam has deep experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
Prior to starting her firm, Pamela was the Associate Vice President of the Memorial Hermann Health System Transformational Change Management Office. In this 30k-employee system, she was responsible for building their Change Enablement Office and Change CoE. Rolling up her sleeves and getting the job done has made Pam successful in her quest to help “People” transition through change.
Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and two Master’s degrees in Organizational Development and Public Administration, all from Louisiana State University. She is also a US Army Veteran and lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband of 25 years.
