Patrick Behan has over 30 years’ experience providing performance improvement services at technology and government organizations. Pat’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, competitive intelligence, project management, change management, reengineering and process improvement, information technology, and performance measurement.
At several well-respected management consulting and information technology firms, he has led programs and projects that have provided business analytical solutions, streamlined processes, reduced expenses, improved operations, and enhanced customer and employee satisfaction.
Pat earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 6.0 Scrum Master. Other certifications include Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) v.3 Foundation and Six Sigma Green Belt in Information Technology from Villanova University.
In addition to his affiliation with Umbrex and Veritux, Pat is a member of the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) Community and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He lives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and is the father of two grown children. He also enjoys playing golf and tennis. Pat welcomes assisting on projects across the nation.
