Patrick Growney spent 20 years as a naval officer with command experience. Since 2015, he has led Tartan Consulting, LLC, bringing expertise in change management, acquisition integration, team building, and business continuity planning across industries including Oil & Gas, Automotive, Disaster Recovery, and Manufacturing. His focus areas include business transformation and process optimization, with a strong track record of delivering measurable, sustainable improvements.
Most recently, Patrick completed an 18-month term as Director of Business Optimization for Premium Velocity Automotive (Jiffy Lube), where he developed and implemented programs that improved operational excellence across 400 stores. As a senior leader, he worked directly with the CEO, COO, and CFO to establish priorities, lead change, and enhance operational efficiency. He also built and led cross-functional teams from both internal departments and external franchise leadership.
