Darrell spent nearly 20 years in both consulting and in-practice HR roles with MNCs based in Mauritius, UAE, South Africa, UK and Denmark. He founded Prometheans in 2023 offering HR advisory services to clients in the region and internationally.
He worked for a number of blue-chip companies such as Hewitt, Mercer, Rio Tinto, Maersk and Grundfos. Darrell has held senior leadership positions and responsible for driving transformation across a number of HR domains.
Darrell lives in Mauritius with his wife and two young children. Darrell is happy to collaborate on HR transformation, organisational development and reward projects.
