Pearl Liu is a versatile consultant and coach based in New York, specializing in venture capital, technology, and strategic operations. Currently running her own independent consulting practice, Pearl sources and conducts due diligence on pre-seed and seed stage FinTech and CPG companies for global VC firms while developing data-driven growth strategies for consumer tech startups.
Previously, Pearl served as Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy & Consulting and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young’s Financial Advisory practice, where she led operation efficiency projects, enhanced financial reporting systems, and built end-to-end AML processes and risk management framework for major banks and transit companies across North America.
Pearl holds an MSc in Statistics from Queen’s University and dual BSc degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from UCLA. She brings technical expertise in SQL, R, Bloomberg, and various analytics platforms, combined with multilingual capabilities (Mandarin native, French B2 certified). Her diverse experience spans private equity due diligence, process optimization, and large-scale event coordination, including managing the TechCrunch Early-Stage Founder Summit.
