His ability to lead large-scale, multi-site projects has made him an influential figure in the fields of operational excellence and digital manufacturing. He is an experienced leader and a professional specialized in Operational Excellence (OE), Continuous Improvement (CI) and Asset Care Management, and more recently, in Artificial Intelligence which he is applying in the other fields of his specialty.
With a career spanning, Pedro has demonstrated experience in leading on-site and regional CI implementation programs and driving digital manufacturing transformations. His focus has been on developing strategic and cross-functional projects that embed a culture of continuous improvement within organizations, resulting in significant business impacts.
Pedro’s background includes overseeing global CI, OE and ACM implementations across seven major global companies, solving significant operational and organizational issues across manufacturing and supply chain functions. His efforts have generated over $250M in savings, a 3% improvement in ROI, and a substantial impact on EBITDA. In his work, Pedro has successfully led digital assessments that identified over $10M in operational improvement opportunities for global companies.
Throughout his career, Pedro has been recognized for his thought leadership, driving transformation programs implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and various OE frameworks such as World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and EY Accelerators. Also, his expertise in digital manufacturing and AI applications has positioned him as a leading figure in integrating advanced technologies to optimize operational efficiency and asset care management.
Currently, he serves under the brand TRACYSCA-HT, OpEx and ACM Solutions, and he is Founder of Spectrum Solutions BU. Pedro provides direct consulting support related to Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
