Peter focuses on situations where a company needs a structured M&A process but isn’t ready for a permanent VP of CorpDev / team — or where the ownership wants more conviction and discipline around sourcing and prioritization.
Previously, Peter was VP of Acquisitions at International Car Wash Group during rapid roll-up expansion, and before that led corporate development at American Tire Distributors. Earlier in his career he was an independent sponsor, acquiring two family businesses and executing corporate carve-outs.
