Phil Reed is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in client services and digital transformation. He is the founder of NXG, a digital transformation consulting firm, and was previously a managing director at EY, where he specialized in business transformation.
Throughout his career, Phil has led successful large-scale technology programs, managed P&Ls, and scaled high-performing teams. He has a track record of driving client satisfaction and expanding strategic accounts in commercial markets. His expertise includes Generative AI and emerging technologies, and he has a strong background in CRM and customer experience platforms. While at EY, he directed a $2 million program focused on using Generative AI skills for operational improvements and spearheaded the deployment of a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system, which enabled over 100 use cases and increased knowledge worker productivity by 35%.
Phil has a B.A. in International Affairs from James Madison University and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and the Netherlands. When not helping clients realize greater operating efficiency, he’s on the tennis court or golf course with friends.
