Philippe Mollaret is a senior Transformation & PMO Leader with over 22 years of experience guiding multinational organizations through complex structural and cultural shifts. Based in Luxembourg, Philippe has spent the last several years as an independent consultant, specializing in Target Operating Model (TOM) design, Post-Merger Integration (M&A), and the establishment of Enterprise PMOs.
His career includes pivotal roles at Allianz, where he led global IT governance and stabilized large-scale project portfolios post-carve-out, and the Ikano Group, where he harmonized governance across diverse business lines. Recently, Philippe has led high-impact missions for Eurostar/Thalys, Amazon, and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), helping leadership teams “de-silo” their organizations and bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational delivery.
Philippe is a certified P3O and Prince2 Practitioner. He is known for a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach that prioritizes value delivery and stakeholder engagement over rigid bureaucracy. He holds a Master’s in Change Management & IT from Université Grenoble Alpes and has studied internationally at McMaster University in Canada.
