Phillip Tran brings over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, helping companies navigate big changes with a practical approach. Since becoming independent in early 2024, he’s been focused on supporting organizations across the Western U.S. with change management, process optimization, and digital transformations.
Before becoming independent, Phillip held leadership roles at KPMG US and Ecolab, where he gained hands-on experience with lean operations, training, and leadership development. He brings a strategic lens to problem-solving, while engaging deeply in the details to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Phillip lives in Los Angeles with his wife, and when he’s not working, he spends much of his time training for ultra-endurance races in the mountains.
