He has successfully guided business owners, corporates, private equity, and institutional investors through complex strategic decisions, including acquisitions, capital raising, and business exits.
Rajiv’s career includes leadership roles at KPMG, UBS, and Evalueserve, where he advised on transactions worth over $500 million across North America (U.S. & Canada), Europe (DACH), and India. His deal experience spans a wide range of industries, including technology, SaaS, business services, logistics, manufacturing, and consumer sectors.
Today, as the Founder of KnoVantage Solutions, Rajiv provides independent, hands-on advisory support to entrepreneurs and investors, bringing the same rigor and global perspective he honed at top-tier firms.
