Ram Viswanathan is a transformation leader with deep expertise in Insurance and Financial Services, helping senior executives and operations leaders deliver large-scale change and measurable business impact. He has led six major transformation programmes in the past decade, driving over £200M in business benefits for organisations including Canada Life, JustGroup, Belron International, HMRC, O2 Telefónica and Russell Investments.
Ram began his career with Accenture, spending six years managing complex delivery programmes, and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management alongside a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His work spans finance, operations and customer functions, from embedding digital platforms and streamlining core processes to reducing costs and improving service outcomes. In the last few years, Ram has added AI and automation to his toolkit, developing ROI frameworks and diagnostic tools to help clients scale these technologies effectively.
At weekends, he’s involved in grassroots coaching for cricket and football and is a keen Formula 1 fan.
