Randall Shane is an Enterprise Data & AI Architect with 20+ years of experience delivering large-scale platforms in healthcare, financial services, insurance, and defense. He has held senior roles at Deloitte (Specialist Master), JPMorgan Chase (VP of Software Engineering), and has operated his own firm, Fox River AI, since 2024. His work spans HIPAA-, SOX-, and PCI-compliant cloud architectures across AWS and GCP, healthcare interoperability (HL7 v2, FHIR), and applied AI including RAG systems, GenAI deployment, and ML pipelines.
He holds six cloud certifications across AWS and GCP, and served as a U.S. Army Captain in the Medical Service Corps. He is currently building Noesis Health, a locally deployed clinical intelligence application for CDI workflow.
