Dr. Reuphillan Pelser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic and operational disciplines, specializing in strategy, business models, business process optimization, and customer service. With over 30 years of working experience in various industries, Dr. Pelser has a proven track record of executing large-scale management initiatives to ensure sustainable organizational success and delivering complex projects within highly matrixed environments.

Reuphillan founded Forte Advisory Services (FAS Consulting) in 2006 and successfully led numerous business optimization and turnaround projects, predominantly in the Mining and Manufacturing industries. Programmes successfully implemented under her leadership, clients such as Anglo, Lonmin, Debswana, Edcon, Exarro, and Xstrata Alloys, Glencore (Mopani, KCC and Mumi Mines), Orapa Mine Pharmacy. She’s held roles respectively as Programme Manager, Director or SME, for cross-functional projects in Shared Services (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Corporate Services), Business model design, Emergency Evacuation Assessments, HR Maturity Models and Strategy and Optimization.

Prior to FAS, Reuphillan held a position as Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting as leader of the Shared Services vertical in Deloitte’s Strategy, Innovation and Operations service line. Leading various Shared Services and Transformation programs as part of ERP (SAP) programmes for corporate clients such as Sasol, De Beers, Sanlam, Diners Club, Eskom, Old Mutual, Anglo ASSU, Arab Financial Services (AFS), and National Bank of Kuwait (NBK). She was also responsible for the Deloitte Mentoring Programme and setup of the Deloitte Business Support Unit.

Dr. Pelser earned a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Pretoria, and holds an MBA from Unisa. She is a certified Project Manager (PMI), Director (IODSA) and her continued commitment to learning and professional development is evident in her academic contributions at Universities such as Walden, Swiss Institute for Management and Innovation (SIMI), University Liberale de Paris and the Doctoral Programme at Western State University in California, USA.
