Before setting up his own consultancy practice, Richard led the Transformation and Change team at Sia Partners and held senior Director roles at PwC on the leadership teams for the Energy and Utilities sector and for People and Change consulting. He has over thirty-five years of international experience in consulting and HR management, working with executive and front-line teams to transform their organisations and embed new capabilities and behaviours.
Richard has deep experience in operating model and organisation design and of delivering large-scale, global organisational change for companies in asset intensive and / or highly-regulated industries including Energy, Education, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Construction. Richard has worked in the US, France, Italy, Norway, Finland and Trinidad.
He lives in the UK and has a passion for wine, being invited onto the Consumer Advisory Board for England’s largest winemaker. He is also on a Board of a charity funding educational and healthcare projects in Africa.
