Rob is a seasoned pricing and strategy leader with a proven record of driving profitability, business transformation, and commercial success. With global experience spanning manufacturing, industrials, private equity, finance, and retail, he helps businesses unlock multi-million-dollar growth opportunities through pricing excellence, data-driven strategies, and disciplined execution.
His expertise lies in solving complex pricing and strategy challenges at their root. At Charter Next Generation, a PE-backed blown film manufacturer, he spearheaded a pricing transformation that delivered $10M in its first year. At Guardian Industries, a Koch-Industries company and manufacturer of architectural glass, he helped drive over $100M in value by developing advanced pricing capabilities and go-to-market strategies. Rob’s earlier consulting experience at Kearney and leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force further honed his ability to lead dynamic, high-impact projects.
In 2024, Rob launched Broadland Consulting to help businesses tackle their toughest pricing and strategy challenges and build transformational capabilities. He brings thought leadership, intellectual and analytical rigor, and a results-oriented approach.
Rob holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an engineering degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He lives in Lake Forest, IL, with his family and enjoys snowboarding, trying new cocktails, and exercising.
