Robert is a logical critical thinker, who has spent his career quickly adapting to and learning about different industries and functions within those organizations. He has 15+ years of industry and consulting experience (10+ with PwC), helping companies define their strategic direction, coaching and mentoring teams, leading acquisitions, conducting internal project and process assessments, and leading the role out of strategic initiatives.
Additionally, he has extensive experience helping companies (both as a consultant and the Head of Vendor Management) evaluate, select and implement vendors and outsourcers.
