I have over two decades of experience at Accenture and Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) driving digital transformations, system implementations, and organization effectiveness. I developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in leading and managing strategic change across enterprise functions and lines of business in diverse industries, including financial services, health and public services, hospitality, resources, retail, and technology. My career has been dedicated to servant leadership of the teams I lead and to fostering a positive internal culture where challenges are viewed as opportunities for upskilling my colleagues while advancing business leader buy-in on the value of change management. My professional journey commenced at Accenture, where I progressively assumed leadership roles as a principal director. In highly risk-sensitive environments, I was entrusted with overseeing responsibilities across sales, revenue, and delivery. I led critical, client-facing projects that spurred top-line growth and streamlined operational costs across Finance and Accounting, HR, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Sales, and Technology organizations. I have spearheaded business process improvement, digital transformations, and system implementations utilizing platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and Workday to achieve strategic goals and shift stakeholder mindsets.

My tenure at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) was marked by leading an Organizational Effectiveness Change Management team assigned to a portfolio of large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives, including Agile, Data Governance, Finance Consolidation, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Portfolio Governance. The team enabled leadership buy-in and collaboration across the organization. Together, we developed a structured, scalable, and comprehensive change management framework that facilitated stakeholder awareness, readiness, commitment, and adoption.
