After working as a strategy consultant for retail and life science industries for PwC/Strategy&, Robin has been the global head of corporate development for a food multinational group, driving the company’s internationalization and vertical integration through M&A, greenfield projects and strategic partnerships/JVs. During this time, he delivered multiple end to end deals, created the group’s presence in North America, entered multiple new markets such as France, Germany, the UAE, India and China, deployed franchise agreements, consolidated the company’s investment in primary production in Latam, Africa, Spain and the Netherlands while generating well in excess of $ 100m of direct shareholders’ value.
Since summer 2023, Robin heads a small management consultancy firm with a very strong focus on food, FMCG, retail and advice to the public sector. He provides services around: M&A, JV structuring and implementation, general business strategy, internationalization, strategic partnerships, risk management, interim management and market research.
Robin holds a master’s degree in Engineering from Centrale Paris school of engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Sorbonne University (Paris).
