Rohan Baid is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with over 9 years of experience spanning FP&A, M&A advisory, forensic investigations, and strategic investments at Baid & Associates. Prior to founding his practice, he served as Financial Planning Consultant at Mondelēz International (Cadbury) for the AMEA region, and as CEO of RAG Sofdash, where he built data-driven tools to help MSMEs modernize financial decision-making. He also co-founded Prism School of Music, scaling it from a single centre to 3 locations with 1,200+ students annually.
Earlier in his career, Rohan worked at EY and KPMG (earlier BMR Advisors) on statutory audits and M&A transactions.
He holds a Chartered Accountancy Degree from ICAI and a CFE designation, and is based in the Greater Delhi Area. Rohan is happy to collaborate on projects involving financial strategy, M&A, and scaling ventures.
