Ron Darbouze is the founder of Rock Finance, a strategic finance and FP&A advisory firm based in Austin, Texas. He partners with small and midsize businesses to build forecasting, budgeting, and reporting systems that drive clarity and performance.
Before launching Rock Finance, Ron served as Finance Director at CBRE, leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a $1B+ business unit. Previously, he was Head of FP&A at Amherst Residential, overseeing an eight-person team supporting a 30,000+ home real estate platform, and spent six years at Invitation Homes, helping guide the company through its IPO and $20B merger with Starwood Waypoint Homes.
Ron began his career in private equity at TPG Capital and investment banking at Merrill Lynch. He earned his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and now focuses on helping business owners translate complex financial data into clear strategic decisions.
Ron lives in the Austin metro area with his wife and three children. He’s passionate about building businesses that balance profit and purpose and is always open to collaborations on finance transformation and operational excellence projects.
