Rose is now the founder and CEO of RH Business Ventures, LLC (RHBV), an advisory firm that serves the insurance and construction industries, working with diverse clientele across the innovation and risk value chain – including startups, insurers/brokers, and large enterprises. RHBV is focused on driving growth and profitability by integrating innovation with advanced risk management strategies.
Rose holds degrees from Rutgers University and Stanford University and has received numerous industry honors. She grew up in New Jersey and currently lives in Orange County, CA with her husband where she enjoys endurance sports, weight lifting, golf, yoga, hiking, and travel.
