In 2025, she founded EQUS Advisory, a UK-based cross-border management advisory boutique specializing in operational M&A and Private Equity-led value creation.

She partners with corporates, PE funds and their PortCos to deliver due diligence, planning, and execution support for Carve-Outs, Separations, Post-Merger Integrations (PMI), Operational Due Diligences across the full deal lifecycle—from pre-sign to post-close transformation. Her value creation engagements focus on delivering tangible EBITDA impact on PEs’ portfolio companies through operational and digital transformation initiatives.
