Ruggero Huesler, CFA CMC has more than 28 years of experience in management consulting as a consultant, case leader and finally associate partner with IBM Business Consulting Services, Aldebaran Consulting & Advisory SA, founded in 2005, and TC Team Consult since 2009, as its larges shareholder, where he has been focusing on M&A advisory, business valuations, strategic audits, structuring and planning corporate transformation projects, defining corporate performance metrics, carrying out due diligence engagements and developing business / IT strategic alignment plans for financial management, industrial products, hi-tech and public transportation companies as well as for public security government entities, in Western Europe and North America.
Ruggero, an avid skier, lives in Lausanne with his wife and his young daughter.
Ruggero is happy to collaborate on projects involving one of his areas of expertise in Western Europe and to contribute as subject matter expert for shorter assignments to projects in overseas locations (North America, Middle East, South-East Asia).
