In my last role as a Senior Lead Business Analyst, I orchestrated product re-branding initiatives, streamlined the Order Management process through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Legal departments, and successfully managed user migrations. My pivotal role in liaising with UK Product leadership and the software engineering team was instrumental in the development and delivery of a robust product solution for Systematix client.
