Sam Klaidman describes himself as a T-shaped person. He has worked in R&D and Manufacturing before transitioning into Customer Service and now Customer Service consulting. At Middlesex Consulting, Sam uses Customer Experience, Customer Value Creation, and Market Research tools to help his B2B OEM and their distribution channel clients clients grow their aftermarket service business’ revenue and profit while improving customer loyalty.

Sam is industry agnostic and has headed service businesses in the data communication, scientific and medical instrument, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment verticals. Sam is married and has one adult daughter. He was a Trustee of the Framingham Public Library, where he headed the Building and Financial committees and led a project to create an award-winning branch library.

He is now the treasurer of the Library’s Foundation. Sam is happy to collaborate with anyone who needs assistance in the Aftermarket.
