Sandro Voegeli is the Managing Director of Promethean Group, a boutique strategy consultancy advising clients across infrastructure, energy, FMCG, and digital sectors. He brings over 15 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and commercial advisory, including leadership roles at Deloitte and EY-Parthenon. Sandro was also a Co-Founder and former Director of Energise Partners, a strategy firm specialising in growth and operating model design for Australia’s energy and infrastructure sectors.
Currently, Sandro also operates as a Principal on a contractor basis for Arthur D. Little in Australia, supporting clients with strategic initiatives in operating model design, organisational effectiveness, and market expansion. His expertise spans board-level strategy, PMO design, commercial due diligence, and large-scale transformation programs.
