Sanjay Sachdev is a senior digital infrastructure advisor and operating executive with nearly 30 years of experience building, scaling, and commercializing telecom and data centre–adjacent platforms. His background combines large-scale deal leadership at IBM and Bell—where he closed over $500M in complex services transactions and led $1B Enterprise B2B sales territory—with hands-on executive leadership in private equity–backed carve-outs, tuck-ins, turnarounds, and re-platforms.
Sanjay has advised and operated alongside leading infrastructure investors, including DigitalBridge and electrical utilities, supporting diligence and value creation across nearly $1B in digital infrastructure assets. He is known for bridging front-end strategy with operational execution—helping align product, go-to-market, and delivery models to support credible partner engagement. Notably, Sanjay was instrumental in the launch of a u-telco based fibre co from strategy to operating revenues.
More recently, he has been advising at the intersection of AI infrastructure, energy, and digital platforms—supporting the positioning and commercialization of transition energy plays with AI-ready data centre opportunities, as well as the enterprise readiness of emerging cloud and GPUaaS providers.
