I have around 19 years of Hands-On Management Consulting/Program Governance/Program Delivery experience leading Private Equity (PE) backed & Corporate Carve-out & Post-Merger-Integration (PMI), Business/Digital Transformation & IT Due Diligence (ITDD) engagements; across Deal Lifecycle of Pre-Sign, Sign to Close, and Post Close phases.

Since 2021, I have set up CIDEK Consulting, and provide Consulting Services(through myself or Associates working for CIDEK), or as an Individual Contributor Outside/Inside IR35 Contract depending on the need of the client. I work as Program/Transformation Director/Manager, PMI/Carve-out PMO Lead, IT Integration/Separation Workstream Lead, Digital Transformation Director on these engagements, which are Complex, Vague, has a big Cross-Functional, Cross-Organisation, multi-vendor team.

I have worked on multiple Projects through Partnership between CIDEK & other Consulting Firms; as an Associate Partner to a leading UK Boutique Consulting firm delivering around 25+ ITDD and multiple IT Carve-Out/PMI and System Implementation projects for them; and other leading global Consulting organisations typically engaged at Senior Director level.

Previously, I worked for around 16 years with Big4s with the Professional Services team at Infosys, leading IT M&A and Integration/Separation practise delivering around 50+ ITDD, and 20+ major Carve-out, PMI and Transformation Projects.

I have lived and worked in around 11 countries on Work Permit across the Americas (US, Colombia, Mexico), Europe (UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, Denmark), Asia (Philippines, India). I have travelled on Business visits to multiple other countries across the globe.

I have a track record of getting multiple Contract Extensions and good Client Feedback on the services provided through my career. This has led to repeat and longer engagements, recently while delivering the Projects through CIDEK, and also when I was part of the Big4 Consulting. All my engagements are typically characterised by Trust shown by Senior Management (PE Investors, CXOs) where they have given me a freehand to fully deliver the engagement trusting the Methods, Processes, Consulting Experience and Toolsets I have been using and upgrading myself over the years.

As I have done multiple Vendor Selection Process and multiple Project Delivery working with UK and global small, medium and large scale vendors, I have a good network and connect with them, which I bring along on client requests to speed up the Projects when needed.
