Saurabh has created and scaled transformative capabilities in global organizations. He has built and led large & diverse global teams, designed and delivered enterprise analytical capabilities, and spearheaded R&D transformations at leading biopharma companies.
At the startup level, Saurabh has partnered with founders and senior leaders to develop strategy and operations playbooks, optimize goal-setting frameworks, and engage stakeholders ranging from venture capitalists to technology partners.
Saurabh obtained his bachelors in biochemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi). He holds a masters in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Saurabh lives in Brookline, MA with his wife and two small children. He enjoys reading about technology, philosophy, and spirituality.
