Serena Cheng is an operations leader with 18 years of experience across technology, e-commerce, retail, and consumer goods. As a deep generalist, she partners with organizations to shape strategy, build scalable systems, and drive operational excellence. Serena has led teams at Amazon, Audible, Accenture, and high-growth startups, with a focus on operations, supply chain, retail management, and customer experience.
In addition to her operations work, Serena is an executive and leadership coach. She works with executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs to elevate leadership capabilities, navigate career transitions, and expand their personal and professional impact. Her coaching helps leaders clarify priorities, overcome challenges, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
Serena holds a BA from Wellesley College, an MBA from Wharton, and is trained through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
