Sophie has 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, helping pharma, MedTech, and life science clients across Europe and the US develop innovation strategy, sharpen positioning, and uncover behavioral insights to support adoption and launch success. Her work spans a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, rare diseases, and more.
Prior to founding her own practice, she held several international roles in research and strategy. She has lived and worked in six countries over the past 15 years and speaks fluent English, French, German, and Italian. Sophie holds a PhD in Marketing, with a focus on how culture, language, and identity shape decision-making, as well as degrees in business engineering.
Based in Berlin with her husband, two sons, and a ginger cat named Zelda, she enjoys learning languages and reading about history. She is available for global projects.
