Srin Subra is the founder of Value Bridge (VB), where he helps PE-backed and founder-led companies turn scattered data into next-owner equity story & narratives, diligence-ready dashboards, and drives finance function buildouts – spanning People, Process and Technology.
Prior to VB, Srin held finance and operating leadership roles—including Partner at EY-Parthenon focused on Exit Readiness and Finance Transformation. He previously helped build the FP&A practice for Accordion Partners, a PE focused consultancy and spearheaded the development of multiple technology forward service offerings. Srin has foundational experience in Investment Banking (Bear Stearns), Private Equity (Soros), and Restructuring (Guggenheim).
In addition, he has served as FP&A Lead / Strategic Finance and in interim CFO roles – where he: (1) led strategic planning, budgeting, 13-week cash and liquidity processes; (2) redesigned board and investor reporting; and (3) supported buy-side and sell-side processes from KPI framing to data-room readiness. Srin has also advised multiple founders on M&A, capital raises and has led integrations, carveouts and operational value creation diligence & initiatives.
Srin lives in the New York area, is passionate about supporting education and literacy causes, and spends weekends with his two daughters.
